The Civitan-Sparks Clinics were established as the Sparks Center for Developmental and Learning Disorders. Civitan-Sparks Clinics provide many essential clinical and community services for individuals and families. The clinics provide evaluation and intervention services for individuals with a broad range of physical, developmental, learning and/or behavioral challenges, in a family-centered and culturally-sensitive setting.

An interdisciplinary team made up of many kinds of professionals work closely to meet the needs of individuals and their families. Customized team evaluations address the areas of concern and provide recommendations for therapies, treatment, and activities that will help each individual achieve their full potential and live a meaningful life.

The clinics are part of the Civitan international Research Center whose mission is to provide education research and services on developmental disabilities.
